| Demurrage Free-time in Indian Sub-Continent - new restriction | 30/03/2010 |

On very exceptional cases, and when it is proven necessary, we will allow some exceptions. This will take effect on all shipments as of April 15th 2010, B/L date, to allow for time for the clients and banks to re-arrange the L/C requirements. We hope this will improve the overall situation and give a better service to the Indian Sub-Continent market.
